Terms & Conditions for Cardiology Consultation

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between HeartNexus Cardiology Services, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," and the user, hereinafter referred to as "the Client."

1.                   Scope of Services: The Company agrees to provide the Client with a one-time consultation to discuss information related to cardiology. This consultation may include general advice, information, and educational content related to cardiology.

2.                   Payment Terms: a. The Client agrees to pay 100% of the consultation fee in advance to secure the booking.

b.  Payments can be made through HeartNexus’ booking engine, and the consultation will be scheduled once the payment is received.

3.                   Limitation of Liability: The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information provided during the consultation. The Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the consultation services.

4.                   Not a Substitute for Professional Medical Advice: The information provided during the consultation is for informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Company is not a healthcare provider, and the consultation does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. Clients should seek the advice of qualified healthcare professionals for any medical concerns.

5.                   No Guarantee of Results: The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided during the consultation. Any reliance the Client places on such information is strictly at their own risk.

6.                   Client Responsibilities: The Client acknowledges that the information provided during the consultation is not a substitute for professional medical advice and is solely advisory in nature. It is the Client's responsibility to consult with a qualified healthcare professional for their specific medical needs.

7.                   Confidentiality: The Company agrees to keep all information shared by the Client during the consultation confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties without the Client's consent, except as required by law.

8.                   Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Monongalia County, Morgantown, West Virginia.

9.                   Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms of service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the consultation services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10.               Acceptance of Terms: By engaging in the cardiology consultation services provided by the Company, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of service.
